Built around your day

From the first meal to a clearer journal.

A personal start

Email/password and Google sign-in, signup verification, supported second factors, password recovery, onboarding and logout. Optional permissions stay your choice.

Log it your way

Type a meal, dictate it or choose a photo. Review recognised dishes and edit portions before saving. Photo processing asks for separate consent; errors keep the input available.

Nutrition with context

See nutrient ranges, ingredients, sources and confidence. Recipe templates account for preparation variation instead of treating every serving as identical.

Your daily journal

A daily nutrition dashboard, first-meal guidance and searchable meal history. Open a meal for details or remove it from your journal.

Recipes to explore

Browse the recipe catalogue, inspect ingredients and nutrition, then use a recipe to start logging a meal.

Evidence to read

Explore a live PubMed research feed, abstracts and original sources, with citation-aware evidence explanations.

Measured glucose

Add context from your glucose records.

See the latest measured reading and a three-hour trace after a meal. Source labels, visible gaps and incomplete-window states help you understand what data is available. Illustrative curves stay separate.

Apple Health

Read-only iOS import when your manufacturer app writes glucose to Health. Requires storage consent, device read access and a signed native build.

Dexcom

Connect through server-side OAuth with encrypted credentials, sync and reconnect. Requires developer configuration and approved production access.

FreeStyle Libre CSV

Import raw LibreView exports from Files. Choose timezone and date order, preview the period and skipped records, then confirm. No vendor API keys needed.

Optional Libre cloud

Connect through Thryve's hosted flow when provisioned by the operator. Requires vendor access and separate processing consent. Regional and sensor coverage must be verified.

Libre, Libre 2/2 Plus and Libre 3/3 Plus are selectable models. Cloud sync runs while the journal is open and on foreground return; continuous background cloud sync and live alerts are not available. Sandbox/staging samples are excluded from measured results.

Your permissions, your decision.

Separate storage and processing consents, disconnect controls and glucose deletion are built in. Completing vendor revocation or upstream erasure can require provider confirmation or support.

Pathyam is currently in development for iOS and is not yet available on the App Store. Real-device and live-provider validation remain pending. Meal-photo accuracy is unmeasured, and glucose illustrations are not validated predictions.
